Today, I ate shrimp salad for lunch, but it was not as colorful as my fine rainbow salad in the picture.
Sometimes I see the dishes as a picture in front of me, seeing different compositions with patterns and colors and shop the food for it. Sometimes I use what’s available at home. But always when shopping, my eye looks for good, beautiful and colorful vegetables. How do you think when shopping your food? Do you like rainbow salad?
- 6 red cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 4 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 avocado
- Mixed green salad leaves
- 1 small grated beetroot
- 1/2 red onions
- 20 black olives
- 150 g peeled shrimp chioggiabeet
Add salad to the bottom and make the vegetables into pieces and put in the colors of the rainbow.
Made a quick aioli of 6 tablespoons mayonnaise squeezed in a garlic clove and some saffron taste with salt and pepper. Better to do your own mayonnaise that's healthier.
