I love rhubarb pie, I have eaten a lot of cakes in my days. Always taken 3 pieces of cake on party and we have eaten a lot of berries and fruit pies at home. I have not been eating candies but I am cake lover. I have reduced my sweet eating very very much last years, eating most low carb diet now, foods that do not raise my blood sugar so much. But once a week I eat frozen blueberries and raspberries with coconut cream or coconut yogurt, some 80-90% dark chocolate and my husband sometimes makes very good coconut cake sweetened with a half dates they are very tasty. Mabye I am having more sweets than I thought.
My tasty rhubarb pie is sweetened with a few dates but without white sugar and wheat flour.

Rhubarb piePrint This
- Some rhubarb
- Dates (I took 3 pcs)
- Butter or coconut fat
- coconut flakes
- almond Flour
Oven 180 degrees celsius
Cut rhubarb and dates into pieces
Put in oven-proof form in the oven for about 10 minutes
Mix the butter or coconut fat with almond flour and coconut flakes.
Take out from oven and stir around so rhubarb and dates mixes, then put on the mix off almond flour and coconut flakes and put into the oven for about 10 min
