Autumn soup and Summer weather how does that go together? I made my autumn soup because I was asked to have some of my recipes in a health / cookbook. I was contacted last autumn by Wataru, who lived in Singapore, who was going to write a book of health. He had made a health journey with a change of diet and he would like to inspire others to a better health. He asked to have 4 of my recipes, he found me at Instagram. Fun. Now he will make a second book and want to have some of my recipes, one of them is my autumn soup so I tried the recipe again. I also made a beetroot soup that will be included in the book.
