Yesterday I were at the Nordic Wellness Arena and felt very lost. I have started exercising my body because I want to feel strong and healthy. 😄 During the past year, I’ve moved very little because I have had a frozen left shoulder. Have had it for 1 year, but now I start getting so much better. It’s a bit left before my arm is going to work well but my muscles are on way back and mobility is increasing all the time. As I told before, I have not been exercising so much for the last 30 years 🤤
But now it’s time to take it to a new level. I’m going to practice with PT Emilie, she’s putting the rib on just the right level of difficulty, both challenging my balance, strength and pain and making me feel good 😄 Before I used to stop when it started to hurt. She is also funny, knowledgeable, and positive. We’ve been working with the body like weights and done exercises without machines that I’ve also done at home. I have been exercising for a few months and last week when I met her I said I’d like to start exercise a bit heavier. We started with machines and heavier weights than I would selected myself, but I did well.
Okay, I had workout pain 5 days I still feel it in my ass. I am now ready for gym. I will test Nordic Wellness for 1 week, the first day, yesterday I went to the new arena at Kviberg. I felt totally lost both because of a new place, a lot of machines I can not use because I can not use one arm, but I think it’s a bit impersonal and a little too new in my taste. I will go to the gym in Partille tomorrow. But I think that the little simple old gym in Bergsjön Geråshallen will be very cheap and basic and good for me. I have excercised little there in the autumn. Then after Easter I’ll meet some heavier weights there, now when I know I can and dare thanks to @backtobasicpt ❤ Here is Emelies Insta
