Yesterday I were at the Nordic Wellness Arena and felt very lost. I have started exercising my body because I want to feel strong and healthy. 😄 During the past year, I’ve moved very little because I have had a frozen left shoulder. Have had it for 1 year, but now I start getting so much better. It’s a bit left before my arm is going to work well but my muscles are on way back and mobility is increasing all the time. As I told before, I have not been exercising so much for the last 30 years 🤤
Do you meditate?
I aim to meditate or listen to relaxation tapes every day. I have attended several mindfulness courses and try to be aware in my daily life in the present moment, not always easy, but practise makes perfect. If you are fasting witch kind of fasting do you do?
In the picture, good vegetables and meat stew may not be the most suitable picture if you are fasting. But I could not put an image on the bone broth, it would be a picture with too little color and patterns so it had to be food that I ate yesterday. Two days ago before we started our 3 day fast 2 days of homemade bone broth and today 24-36 hour dry fast will see how it feels tonight the target is 36 hours. So far it has been easy this is the third time I fast first time I fasted on green juice 7 days it was quite alright. This summer I fasted on water / tea for 7 days it was tougher. So when we decided 3 days this time, it felt easier 2 days on the bone broth has been easy, today no drinking at all feels like a challenge. We fast for the body to be able to repair itself and bone broth should be healing for the intestines too. I share some links on fasting and recipe for the stew.

Last weekend was a nice weekend in many ways my husband Kimmo had a exhibition opening on Saturday and in the evening our friends came to a party. We usually organize a charity party, we make soup and sell it and also sell drinks, combining pleasure with usefulness. We give the money to a school Jennifer school located in the slum of Dhaka Bangladesh. This time we raised 200 euro and it is enough for 2000 small meals for the children in the school 🙏
On Sunday, I and my lovely friend ❤ Maria made a good soup for lunch with anti-inflammatory spices. In the afternoon I was at my first meeting with an Influencer workshop Gothenburg, fun and I look forward to more meetings with them, those who run the workshop is Johanna https://enklaknep.se/ and Siranee https://thaimorsan.se/ I will telling more about it later.
