Avocado for breakfast
I ate avocado, banana, blueberries, lingonberries, hazelnut, sunflower seeds and I also add coconut flakes, cinnamon and cardamon. Tasted very good. Have a nice weekend my friend.

- 1 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- Berries take what you have, berries from season or from freezer I used blueberries and lingonberries
- Cinnamon (ceylon)
Put sunflower seeds and hazelnut in water with a little sea salt the evening before to activating them to get most nutrition.
Make avocado and 1/2 banana into pieces
Add berries, coconut flakes and spices
I made an avocado rose, look at youtube if you want to do a rose 🙂 I use green-yellow banana because they have less sugar and have more resistant starch Cinnamon, I use ceylon it is the healthiest.
