Food for energy, focus and fat loss
In July, I and my husband eat strictly Keto, which is a strict variant of LCHF. Was inspired for health reasons after I had been to an LCHF event in Säffle. I have been thinking for a long time but now it was time. Several lecturers touched the subject but the one who inspired most was Martina Johansson @nextlevelbiohacking has followed her a while on blog and Instagram.
I eat keto especially to see if I can get some more power and energy but also to see if the fat I have around my stomach disappears.
